Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. Blue cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
    Refrigerate overnight. Take out.
    Refrigerate.
    Let sit 1/2 hour.
    Roll into ball, then into chopped nuts.
    You may use walnuts or pecans.
    Spread on Ritz crackers.
