Beer Bread(Club Member: Amanda Speed) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. biscuit mix
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can light beer
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix. Do not beat. Pour batter into a loaf or muffin pan, coated with cooking oil and dusted with flour. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes in loaf pan or 20 to 25 minutes in muffin pan.
    Serve warm.
