Fish Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets (no bones)
    Italian bread crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    2 (32 oz.) jars Ragu
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    oil
Preparation
    Dip fish in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
    Fry fish in oil (lightly).
    Remove from oil and let drain.
    Place fish in casserole dish.
    Pour sauce (Ragu) over top and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until cheese and sauce are hot.
    Serve.
