Baked Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 pork chops
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. rice
2 cans condensed beef consomm
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
salt and pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Salt and pepper chops. Brown in oil. Pour rice into casserole. Arrange browned chops on top. Place a slice of pepper, onion and tomato on each chop. Pour consomm into skillet. Add Italian seasoning. Stir, scraping bottom of frying pan with slotted spoon. Pour over chops. Salt and pepper vegetables. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
