Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. corn syrup (light)
    1/3 c. rum (dark)
    2 c. vanilla wafer cookies (44), crushed fine
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot water. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and corn syrup.
    Blend in rum. Combine wafers and nuts. Add chocolate and blend well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls by rolling in sugar. Store in a closed container for several days.
