Chicken And Okra Over Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up and deboned
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 lb. small okra, sliced
2 medium onions, chopped
1 small can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
4 c. water
rice, cooked separately
Preparation
-
Brown chicken in oil; remove and brown okra.
Remove okra and brown onions.
Add to onions the other ingredients and simmer for a few minutes, then add chicken and okra.
Serve over rice.
