Continental Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    3 c. croutons
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 slightly beaten eggs
    3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry or microwave 8 slices bacon until crisp.
    Crumble and set aside.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In bottom of 2-quart rectangular, greased glass casserole dish, place the croutons.
    Sprinkle the cheese over the croutons.
    Combine the rest of the ingredients (other than the bacon) and blend well.
    Pour over the croutons and cheese.
    Sprinkle the bacon over the top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes until eggs are set.
    Quick to prepare.
    Great for company breakfasts or brunches.
