Sausage - Pasta Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. each chopped onion and green pepper
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. fresh vegetables (broccoli, peas, etc.)
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. kielbasi, cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    buttered pasta
Preparation
    Stir-fry the onion, green pepper, mushrooms, vegetables, garlic powder and oregano in the butter or margarine until crisp-tender. Add the kielbasi.
    Heat through and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Serve over buttered pasta with additional cheese. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
