Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    3 c. water
    2 c. scalded milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery and onion in water.
    Don't drain.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Cook until it starts to thicken.
    Serve.
