Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
    3 (4 oz.) skinned, boned and cut into bite sizes chicken breast halves
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. frozen English peas
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 slices toasted bread
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat.
    Add chicken and onion; cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is browned.
    Add mushrooms; cook 1 minute.
    Stir in flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk and next 4 ingredients; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Serve chicken over toasted, nonfat bread.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
