Brandie'S Vidalia Onion Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sour cream
    dash of salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
    2 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease an 8-inch square baking dish. Melt margarine and saute onions about 10 minutes; cool.
    Add sour cream, salt and 1/2 cheese.
    Set aside.
    In medium bowl, combine all other ingredients, except last 1/2 cheese.
    Stir until smooth.
