Diabetic Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder
    1/4 c. raisins
    4 graham crackers (2-inch squares), broken into pieces
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream peanut butter with the 2 tablespoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of dry milk until well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Drop on foil or waxed paper in 1-inch balls.
    Place in freezer until ready to serve.
    Yields 10 cookies.
