Curried Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. hot cooked quick-cooking rice
1/2 c. peas, lightly steamed
2 c. (6 1/2 oz. each) water packed tuna, drained, rinsed and flaked
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. sliced scallions and lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
shredded romaine lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges (garnish)
Preparation

Combine rice and peas in a large bowl.
Toss lightly.
Add tuna, celery and scallions.
