Turkey Chow Mein Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    2 c. cooked turkey, cut up
    1/3 c. blanched whole almonds (optional)
    1 (16 oz.) can chow mein vegetables, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces), drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos, drained
    1 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Gradually stir broth into baking mix in ungreased 1/2-quart casserole.
    (Mixture will be slightly lumpy.) Stir in remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles.
    Bake uncovered until thick and bubbly, about 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with the noodles.
    Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
    Cool 5 minutes before serving.
    Serve with soy sauce, if desired.
    Makes 5 or 6 servings.
