Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 bell peppers (red and green)
    12 onions
    12 green tomatoes
    2 c. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    1 (6 oz.) jar mustard
Preparation
    Chop the peppers, onions and green tomatoes.
    Combine with the vinegar; cook for 15 minutes, then set aside.
    Mix together the sugar, water, salt, flour and celery seed; cook for 10 minutes. Add all this together, then add the mayonnaise and mustard.
    Seal in jars.
    Great for sandwiches or on crackers for snacks.
