No Peek Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. flour (Pillsbury's Best all-purpose or unbleached; no self-rising flour)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Generously grease popover pans; do not use oil.
In small bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add the remaining ingredients and beat until just blended; careful not to overbeat. Fill prepared cups half full of batter, about 1/3 cup.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Serve immediately.
If desired, serve from baking cups.
Yields 6 or 7 large popovers.
