Joseph'S Coat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 small jar pimento
Preparation
    Drain vegetables; set aside.
    Mix vinegar and water together. Mix well the sugar, flour and mustard; add to vinegar and water. Cook until thick, then beat.
    Pour hot sauce over vegetables and combine.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Let stand 24 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
