Cottage Cheese Molded Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin (Jell-O)
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. white vinegar
24 oz. cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
6 Tbsp. grated carrots
2 c. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. minced onion (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add salt and stir.
Add mayonnaise and stir.
Add milk and vinegar and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold.
Chill several hours or overnight.
