Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
3 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick margarine, melted
6 oz. cottage cheese
Preparation

Drain broccoli well.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 11 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
This freezes well.
