Swiss Bliss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground or chuck steak
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    salt
    pepper
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1/2 lb. mushrooms or small container (optional)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut steak into 2 1/2-inch strips and brown.
    Add other ingredients, except cornstarch and simmer 2 hours.
    Use cornstarch to thicken gravy.
    May be baked in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
