Maple Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    3/4 c. butter, room temperature
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. maple syrup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line a 10-inch pie plate with pecans.
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Add salt and vanilla.
    Beat eggs and syrup in a separate bowl.
    Add sour cream and whipping cream.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add butter/sugar mixture; blend well.
    Pour gently over pecans.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
