Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Grease and flour pie plate. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
