Oven-Fried Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening (part butter)
    1/4 c. Gold Medal flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 lb. chicken legs
Preparation
    Melt shortening (part butter).
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika in paper bag.
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Doing three or four at a time, shake in a bag to coat with flour, chicken legs.
    Place chicken legs in a single layer in an oblong pan (12 x 9 1/2 x 2-inches).
    Drizzle melted butter evenly over the chicken.
    Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
