Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix sugar and oil; add eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Fold in nuts and apples.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
