Soft Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry active yeast
1/4 c. warm (110~) water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
3 to 3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, lightly beaten
flour
1 c. milk, scalded and cooled to lukewarm (110~)
Preparation

Mix the yeast, water, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/3 cup flour in a medium bowl until the mixture forms a thick, gluey paste.
Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap; set it aside for 1 1/2 hours, or until the mixture is thick and frothy.
