Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/3 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Combine all throughly.
    Shape into balls about the size of a quarter.
    (I do mine smaller.)
    Brown in a skillet on all sides. Drain on paper towel.
    Pour off grease and add the sauce to skillet.
