Kidney Bean Salad And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. butter
1 large can kidney beans
1 small onion, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar together; add vinegar, egg and butter. Cook over low flame, stirring until thick.
Add beans, onion, celery, salt and pepper to warm mixture.
Chill and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
