Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jar chopped pimentos, drained
1 large can mushrooms, drained
1 medium can pitted ripe olives, sliced
4 cans yellow hominy with juice
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
few sprinkles Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Saute in oleo the onion and green pepper.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix all together and pour into a large buttered casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles in center.
