Homemade Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    7 oz. chopped pimento
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Melt cheese in double boiler. Add pimento, milk, vinegar, sugar and egg.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
    Let cool and add 1 cup mayonnaise.
