Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat butter and peanut butter together. Add sugars; beat until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
Add flour and blend well.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork for crisscross effect. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes or until done.
