Freezer Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    5 c. flour
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast to lukewarm milk.
    Mix milk and yeast with flour mixture.
    Knead. Roll 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut with small biscuit cutter (or cookie cutter; I use heart shaped).
    Dip biscuit in melted butter.
    Put two together.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or brown slightly then freeze.
    Brown biscuits before serving.
