Hattie'S Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can sauerkraut
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 small jar pimentos
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Chop up sauerkraut until very fine.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pack into jars with lid on.
    Keep in refrigerator.
