Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil
    3 or 4 chopped tomatoes
    3 or 4 scallions
    1 clove garlic
    V-8 juice
Preparation
    Simmer just until tomatoes juice.
    Add some V-8 and simmer until it thickens, which will just be a bit.
    Add freshly ground pepper, salt and basil. Cook the mostaccioli until about tender. Serve with tossed salad and bread.
