Crab Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream mushroom soup
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small bunch green onions, chopped
1 (7 oz) can flaked crabmeat
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
Preparation

Warm soup in sauce pan. Dissolve gelatine in 3 tablespoons cold water. Add to warm soup. Stir in cream cheese to melt; stir in mayonnaise. Add celery, onion and crab. Pour into mold and chill until set. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 quart.
