Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. (16 oz.) shredded cheese
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. In medium saucepan, melt margarine; stir in flour and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until mixture thickens slightly (mixture should coat spoon). Remove from heat. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese and stir until melted. Pour cooked macaroni into 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Add cheese mixture and mix well. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
