Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small can pimento, diced
    3/4 c. diced mushrooms
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 pkg. frozen green peas, cooked
Preparation
    Heat soup; add cheese, pimento, mushrooms and drained peas. Saute pepper, onion and garlic in butter; combine with pea mixture in 2-quart greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
