Oven-Browned Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 peeled and quartered potatoes
2 tsp. bouillon grains or 2 cubes
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
-
Heat
water, margarine and bouillon together in covered dish for
1
minute
on High.
Stir in potatoes.
Cook covered for 6 minutes
on High;
stir and cook an additional 4 minutes on High and stir again.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
