Veggie Bars(Appetizers For Large Gathering) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. of the following: green pepper, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms and grated Cheddar cheese, all chopped finely
Preparation
    Unroll each can of rolls into large cookie sheet.
    Roll with a glass or press to edges of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix.
    Spread over rolls.
    Combine and toss vegetables and cheese. Sprinkle over base and press down lightly.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours before cutting into bars.
    (A pizza cutter works well.)
    Can be made 12 to 24 hours ahead.
    Makes 6 bars.
