Orange Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 7/8 c. flour (measure 2 c. then take out 2 Tbsp.)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 1/8 c. sugar (1 c. plus 2 Tbsp.)
    2 unbeaten eggs
    1/3 c. shortening
    6 Tbsp. Pet milk
    6 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Grease or line tin muffin pans (8 - 16-inch) or (24 - 2-inch). Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, eggs, shortening, milk and orange juice.
    Beat vigorously for 2 minutes with a spoon or mixer.
    Fill tin 2/3 full.
    Bake 15 minutes or until cakes shrink from sides of tins.
    When cool, spread tops with Orange Frosting.
