Easy Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. sausage meat
2 cans (Ro-Tel brand) tomatoes with green chilies
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Brown meats and drain well.
Chop tomatoes and chilies, add to meat and simmer 10 minutes.
Add cheese; let cheese melt.
Dip with tortillas or corn chips.
May be frozen.
Also keeps in refrigerator for weeks.
