Cabbage And Smoked Sausage Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Hillshire Farm's smoked sausage
    1 head cabbage, cut into wedges
    2 to 3 potatoes, peeled, quartered
    3 to 4 onions, peeled, halved
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place sausage on broiler rack and broil several minutes on each side and brown and remove fat.
    In Dutch oven or large kettle, bring 2 cups water to a boil.
    Add potatoes, sausage pieces, onions and cabbage wedges.
    Season to taste.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Serves 3.
