Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Line jelly roll pan with waxed paper.
Beat eggs 5 minutes. Add sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice and mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon together and fold into pumpkin mixture.
Spread batter evenly in pan and sprinkle with walnuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until springs back when touched.
