Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. oat bran
    1/2 c. Sweet 'N Low brown sugar
    3 packets Sweet 'N Low
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. walnut pieces
    4 Tbsp. raisins
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix milk, 1 can pineapple with juice, egg whites and oil.
    Combine both mixtures.
    Drain second can of pineapple and add to mixture.
    Fill muffin cups. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 12 to 15 muffins.
