Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    salt
    dash of yellow coloring (optional)
    broth
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Let dry for about 2 hours, turning so both sides can dry.
    Slice as thin as possible.
    Drop in boiling broth.
    Cook about 30 minutes.
