Saucy Apple Swirl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 box Pillsbury plus yellow cake mix
1 2/3 c. applesauce
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 12 cup fluted pan or 10-inch tube pan.
In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
In a large bowl, blend cake mix, applesauce and eggs until moist.
Pour 1/2 batter in pan.
Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Add rest of batter.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool 25 minutes and turn onto plate.
Cool completely.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
