Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 pkg. stuffing mix (with flavor pack)

Preparation

Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on package.
Use an ice cream scoop or medium-size spoon to place stuffing in inside of chicken breast.
Fold other half of chicken breast over the stuffing.
Brush butter on chicken and bake on a sheet pan until lightly brown.
