Spinach And Chicken Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (14.5 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz.) lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 (15 to 16 oz.) carton cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In a saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour; cook and stir 2 minutes. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add Velveeta cheese; cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Set aside.
