Italian Beef In Crock-Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Italian seasoning mix (Good Seasons) or 1 1/2 tsp. Italian season mix (Tones)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. basil
1 1/2 c. hot water
4 to 5 lb. beef roast, boneless chuck or rolled rump roast
Preparation

Pour ingredients over meat and cook in crock-pot on low all day. Either slice or pull apart for sandwiches.
