Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. water or a little less
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. cracked peppercorns
    1 1/2 Tbsp. curing salt
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke flavoring
Preparation
    Break up meat in bowl.
    Combine rest of ingredients.
    Stir these into meat with hands.
    Blend well.
    Refrigerate 24 hours. Stir again.
    Form into 2 (12-inch) loaves.
    Wrap in aluminum foil. Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Unwrap.
    Place on upper part of broiler pan with water in lower part of pan.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Cool thoroughly before sampling.
