Pineapple Beet Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime jello
    2 (16 oz.) cans julienne cut beets
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Place jello in a large bowl.
    Drain beets; reserve juice to make 2 cups.
    Add water if necessary; bring to a boil and pour over jello.
    Cool.
    Add vinegar, beets, undrained pineapple and nuts.
    Pour into mold and chill.
